You can try to fix it doing the following:
• Put your USB charger in the smartpen, and put the cable in a socket (don't stick it in a laptop)
• Press the button a few times to turn the pen on and off. Your presses shouldn't be too long, or too short. Do this until the light blinks red.
• Keep it in the charger until the light turns green again.
We have a 2 year warranty on the Neo smartpens. If the steps above don't work, you can send your pen back to us. It is important that your information is included with the package.
